Off-Campus Access to Electronic Resources on "e-Research"

A personal user name and password to the St. Thomas University Network (STU Network) may be required to access the Library's databases and other electronic resources from home and any other computer outside the St. Thomas University main campus. To login follow these steps:

  • Click on a database or electronic resources you would like to search

  • A new Web page will appear prompting you for a user name and password 

  • Complete the required information, then submit the information

  • The search or main Web page of the database or electronic resources desired should appear

User Name and Password

Your user name and password are the same as the user name and password needed to access your St. Thomas University email account. 

The personal user name and password is issued by the Office of Information Technology to currently enrolled students and current faculty, administrators and staff members to access the STU Network.

If you do not already have a user name and password for the STU Network, you should complete the online application immediately. For the online application, go to the Web form ID Request.
